Exceptional hospitality and memorable breakfast

During my stay, I was impressed with the spacious and modern Deluxe Twin Room, which offered great views of the city. The hospitality was exceptional, particularly from staff members Manisha and Vijay in the kitchen, who greeted guests with warm smiles and provided excellent service during breakfast. I enjoyed the delightful breakfast buffet that featured a variety of dishes, making each morning a pleasure. the noise from events above my room was quite disruptive, impacting my overall experience.

The noise from wedding parties was a significant disruption, with thumping music continuing well into the night.

The Deluxe Twin Room offered decent accommodations with enough space for family, and the bed was reasonably comfortable for a few nights' stay. The location is near key areas, making it easier to explore without much hassle.

The constant noise from wedding parties disrupted sleep, as vibrations from the events rattled furniture into the late hours. Wi-Fi access is limited to two devices only, causing inconvenience when trying to connect multiple devices, especially for work. I faced significant delays at check-in and received an uncleaned room that required extensive cleaning before my stay was bearable, undermining the overall experience.

dirty bathroom, and no shampoo? how unprofessional! after being disregarded for a room swap until 4PM, some kind of compensation would have been nice, but no one cared. ,

Had a delightful stay in a Deluxe King Room where the breakfast was exceptional with a stunning variety, including live stations for dosas and pancakes. The staff exuded politeness and hospitality, catering to our every need. the spa facilities enhanced our experience with a luxurious steam room and jacuzzis—definitely a highlight!

The Golden Tulip offers spacious and well-furnished rooms, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional for the price. The head Chef excels at lunch and dinner service, providing top-notch food that eliminates the need to seek external dining options. The ambiance and decoration of the hotel enhance the overall experience, making it a pleasant place for business stays.

The housekeeping could improve cleanliness standards.

The Deluxe King Room was comfy, yet I often had to ask for toilet roll.

Had a boss time here! The staff were dead sound, especially the receptionist who sorted us out with our luggage and some fruit for our early train. Only downer was the noise from parties above at night. a proper good stay!

Spacious room, modern bathroom, the bedroom was well-lit with ample charging sockets while the bathroom featured a powerful shower that made for a refreshing experience, complemented by free Wi-Fi and a convenient location just 85 km from the nearest airport.
